In offering the My Music Bridge App, our website [https://musbridge.com/] and any corresponding services (collectively, the “App”) for use, Bridge Innovations, LLC (“We” or “Us”) are mindful of the privacy concerns of our users, particularly those under the age of 18 (“Children”) and their parents or guardians (“Parents”). As the App is intended for use by children, this Privacy Policy addresses our data collection, use and sharing with respect to Children and Parents (see “Children” and “General” sections) but also applies to other App users (see “General” section).
This Privacy Policy is in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). Deletion of Data: We may delete your personal information in our discretion when you cease using the App or if We suspend or terminate your access to the App for any reason. Location of App: We control and operate the App from within the United States of America. Our privacy practices are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, which may differ from privacy laws in your state or home country.
